I found this video clip interesting because it summed up my approach to Therapy.
He described how I think, my philosophy, and how I help my clients change. For example: picking 1 or more positives in your day (the small stuff counts: “I had 3 green lights in a row’…”oh wow the rain has stopped”). I also suggest to clients that they look for beauty each day, or a positive “oh wow”. People have to change what they think about. Instead of thinking on the negative side, throw in some positive thoughts that you have been practicing. The more you practice, the better you get at being more relaxed, as well as more content.
